Defense Classes

WSD1 – Women’s Self Defense 1:

Length of class – 90 Minutes+.

Class Goal – To gain the knowledge and attitude necessary for unarmed self-defense with an introduction to basic releases and escapes with techniques that are easy to execute and remember.

  • Simple escapes from 10 of the most common grabs.
  • Awareness/Prevention
  • Legal implications

WSD2 – Women’s Self Defense 2:

Length of class – 90 Minutes+.

Class Goal – To gain the knowledge and attitude necessary for unarmed self-defense with an introduction to advances escapes and strikes.

  • Advanced Escapes
  • Strikes

 

WSD3 – Women’s Self Defense 3 :

Length of class – 90 Minutes+.

Class Goal – To gain the knowledge and attitude necessary for unarmed self-defense with an introduction to Advances strikes and improvised weapons.

  • Advanced Strikes
  • Improvised Weapons

TP1 – Tactical Pen:

Length of class – 90 Minutes+.

Class Goal – To gain the knowledge and attitude necessary for unarmed self-defense with an introduction to Tactical Pen uses and limitations.  (Students will receive a quality tactical pen with the class.)
